Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are succinct devices that monitoring the mass flow of gases. They control the set flow velocity nonetheless of interference such as drop in pressure or provisional resistance to flow. Flow regulator include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical heating resist and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature differentiation. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are joined in an electrical bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the fluid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to sustain a clearly defined surplus temperature relative to the liquid temperature. Owing to the fact that the resistances are located straight away in the channel, the instrument have excellent dynamics: the response time when changing a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is almost not contaminated.
