Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are compact arrangement that control the mass flow rate of gases. They regulation the set flow rate regardless of obstruction including pressure loss or interim flow resistance. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the constant temperature anemometers mode.
