Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact devices that inspection the mass flow rate of gases. They command the set flow rate oblivious of hurdle for example pressure loss or temporary flow resistance. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical heating resistance and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature difference. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are united in an electrical bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to maintain an expressly specified surplus temperature relative to the fluid temperature. Owing to the fact that the resistances are located directly in the channel, the devices have excellent dynamics: the response time when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is practically not polluted.
