The Mass Flow Controllers Burkert is a compacted device by means of which the flow of sundry gases is regulated. They monitoring the flow to a predetermined value, irrespective of obstruction such as pressure rise or temporary changes in flow resistance, for example, due to contamination of the filter. Governors consist of the following elements: a flow sensor, an electronic unit and a proportional valve, as a device for control. The desired value is kit using a unified signal or across one of the Fieldbus protocols. The signal value changes in accordance with the set control deviation. The principle of temperature measurement ensures reliable operation of the regulator regardless of fluctuations pressure and temperature.
