Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact arrangement that control the mass flow of gases. They regulation the set flow rate nonetheless of interference for instance pressure drops or temporary flow resistance. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical heating resistance and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature differentiation. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are combined in an electrical bridge. The first resistance is gauge the temperature of the fluid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to sustain a clearly specified surplus temperature relative to the liquid temperature. Owing to the reality that the resistances are disposed straight away in the channel, the instrument have excellent dynamics: the response time when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is practically not contaminated.
