Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers are compact arrangement that monitoring the mass flow of gases. They command the set flow velocity regardless of obstruction including pressure drops or interim resistance to flow. Flow regulator consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In this case, the electrical thermal resist and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature difference. Both resistances are directly in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are joined in an electrical bridge. The first resistance is gauge the temperature of the fluid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to maintain a clearly defined excess temperature relative to the liquid temperature. Owing to the fact that the resistances are inclined directly in the channel, the apparatus have superb dynamics: the response time when changing a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is practically not contaminated.
