Burkert Mass Flow Controllers is a compact device by means of which the flow of different gases is regulated. They control the flow to an ordained value, irrespective of disruption such as pressure rise or provisional changes in flow resistance, for instance, via contamination of the filter. Controller comprise the following constituents: a flow sensor, an electronic unit and a proportional valve, as a control device. The set value is set using a unified signal or across one of the Fieldbus protocols. The magnitude of the signal changes according to the set control deflection. The thermal dimension principle guarantees reliable operation of the regulator regardless of pressure and temperature fluctuations.
