The Mass Flow Controllers Burkert is a compact arrangement by means of which the flow of varied gases is regulated. They control the flow to a predetermined value, regardless of disturbance such as pressure escalation or short-term changes in flow resistance, for instance, via contamination of the filter. Controller consist of the following components: a flow sensor, an electronic unit and a proportional valve, as a monitoring device. The desired value is kit using a unified signal or through one of the Fieldbus protocols. The magnitude of the signal changes according to the set control deflection. The thermal measurement principle guarantees reliable operation of the regulator regardless of fluctuations pressure and temperature.
