Burkert Mass Flow Controllers is a little arrangement by means of which the flow of various gases is regulated. They control the flow to an ordained value, irrespective of disturbance such as pressure escalation or short-term changes in flow resistance, for example, through contamination of the filter. Controller consist of the following constituents: a flow sensor, an electronic unit and a commensurate valve, as a control device. The set value is set using a unified signal or through one of the Fieldbus protocols. The signal value making adjustments in conformity with the set control deviation. The principle of temperature dimension ensures reliable operation of the regulator regardless of fluctuations pressure and temperature.
