Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact arrangement that control the mass flow rate of gases. They regulation the set flow rate regardless of interference including drop in pressure or interim flow resistance. Flow regulator include a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the constant temperature anemometers mode.
