Burkert Mass Flow Controllers is a compact arrangement by means of which the flow of sundry gases is regulated. They control the flow to an ordained value, irrespective of hindrance like pressure escalation or provisional changes in flow resistance, for instance, through contamination of the filter. Regulators comprise the following constituents: a flow sensor, an electronic unit and a proportional valve, as a control apparatus. The set value is kit using a unified signal or via one of the Fieldbus protocols. The magnitude of the signal changes according to the set control deviation. The thermal measurement principle guarantees reliable operation of the regulator regardless of pressure and temperature fluctuations.
