Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are succinct devices that monitoring the mass flow rate of gases. They control the set flow rate oblivious of hurdle for instance pressure drops or temporary flow resistance. Flow regulator include a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In this case, the electrical heating resistance and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature differentiation. Both resistances are directly in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are joined in an electrical bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to maintain an expressly defined surplus temperature relative to the temperature of theliquid. Due to the reality that the resistances are disposed straight away in the channel, the instrument have excellent dynamics: the time for reaction when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is practically not polluted.
