Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers are succinct arrangement that control the mass flow rate of gases. They command the set flow velocity nonetheless of interference such as pressure drops or interim flow resistance. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical heating resist and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature difference. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are joined in an electric bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to sustain a clearly defined surplus temperature relative to the temperature of thefluid. Due to the fact that the resistances are inclined at once in the channel, the devices have excellent dynamics: the response time when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is almost not polluted.
