Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are compact devices that inspection the mass flow of gases. They command the set flow velocity irrespective of hurdle for example pressure loss or interim flow resistance. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In this case, the electrical thermal resistance and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature difference. Either resistances are immediately in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are joined in an electric bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to sustain an expressly specified surplus temperature relative to the fluid temperature. Owing to the reality that the resistances are situated at once in the channel, the devices have excellent dynamics: the response time when changing a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is almost not polluted.
