Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are compact devices that inspection the mass flow rate of gases. They command the set flow rate regardless of hurdle for example drop in pressure or provisional flow resistance. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In that event, the electrical heating resistance and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature difference. Both resistances are directly in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are joined in an electrical bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to sustain a clearly specified surplus temperature relative to the fluid temperature. Due to the fact that the resistances are disposed straight away in the channel, the devices have excellent dynamics: the response time when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is practically not polluted.
