Burkert Mass Flow Controllers is a compacted device by means of which the flow of various gases is regulated. They monitoring the flow to a foreordained value, irrespective of interference like pressure surges or short-term changes in flow resistance, for example, through contamination of the filter. Controller comprise the following components: a flow sensor, an electronic unit and a commensurate valve, as a control device. The set point is set using a unified signal or via one of the Fieldbus protocols. The signal value changes in accordance with the set control deviation. The thermal dimension principle guarantees reliable operation of the regulator regardless of fluctuations pressure and temperature.
