Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are compact devices that monitoring the mass flow of gases. They regulation the set flow rate irrespective of interference for instance pressure drops or temporary resistance to flow. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In that event, the electrical thermal resist and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature differentiation. Both resistances are immediately in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are joined in an electrical bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to maintain a clearly specified surplus temperature relative to the temperature of theliquid. Owing to the fact that the resistances are located at once in the channel, the devices have excellent dynamics: the time for reaction when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is practically not polluted.
