Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact devices that control the mass flow of gases. They control the set flow rate oblivious of hurdle for example drop in pressure or interim resistance to flow. Flow regulator include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In that event, the electrical thermal resist and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature difference. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are united in an electric bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to maintain a clearly defined surplus temperature relative to the liquid temperature. Due to the fact that the resistances are inclined straight away in the channel, the instrument have superb dynamics: the response time when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is almost not contaminated.
