Burkert Mass Flow Controllers is a little arrangement with which the flow of various gases is regulated. They monitoring the flow to an ordained value, irrespective of disruption such as pressure rise or provisional changes in flow resistance, for instance, through contamination of the filter. Regulators consist of the following elements: a flow sensor, an electronic unit and a proportional valve, as a monitoring device. The set point is kit using a unified signal or via one of the Fieldbus protocols. The magnitude of the signal changes according to the set control deflection. The principle of temperature dimension ensures reliable operation of the regulator regardless of fluctuations pressure and temperature.
