Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers are succinct devices that monitoring the mass flow rate of gases. They command the set flow velocity nonetheless of hurdle such as pressure drops or interim flow resistance. Flow regulator include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In this case, the electrical heating resist and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature differentiation. Both resistances are immediately in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are combined in an electrical bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to sustain a clearly defined surplus temperature relative to the temperature of theliquid. Due to the reality that the resistances are located at once in the channel, the devices have splendid dynamics: the time for reaction when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is practically not contaminated.
