Burkert Mass Flow Controllers is a compact arrangement by means of which the flow of various gases is regulated. They control the flow to an ordained value, irrespective of obstruction such as pressure escalation or temporary changes in flow resistance, for example, through contamination of the filter. Controller comprise the following elements: a flow sensor, an electronic unit and a proportional valve, as a monitoring device. The desired value is kit using a unified signal or via one of the Fieldbus protocols. The signal value changes in conformity with the set control deviation. The principle of temperature measurement ensures reliable operation of the regulator regardless of pressure and temperature fluctuations.
