Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact devices that control the mass flow of gases. They control the set flow rate oblivious of hurdle including drop in pressure or provisional resistance to flow. Flow regulator include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve.
