Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers are succinct arrangement that inspection the mass flow rate of gases. They command the set flow rate irrespective of obstruction such as pressure drops or provisional resistance to flow. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical thermal resist and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature differentiation. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are joined in an electric bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to sustain a clearly defined surplus temperature relative to the liquid temperature. Due to the fact that the resistances are inclined directly in the channel, the instrument have splendid dynamics: the time for reaction when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is practically not contaminated.
