Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact arrangement that monitoring the mass flow of gases. They control the set flow rate regardless of interference for instance drop in pressure or interim resistance to flow. Flow regulator include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In that event, the electrical heating resistance and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature differentiation. Both resistances are immediately in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are combined in an electrical bridge. The first resistance is gauge the temperature of the fluid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to maintain an expressly specified excess temperature relative to the fluid temperature. Due to the fact that the resistances are inclined at once in the channel, the devices have superb dynamics: the response time when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is almost not contaminated.
