Burkert Mass Flow Controllers is a little device with which the flow of varied gases is regulated. They monitoring the flow to an ordained value, irrespective of disruption such as pressure escalation or short-term changes in flow resistance, for example, via filter contamination. Controller consist of the following elements: a flow sensor, an electronic unit and a proportional valve, as a device for control. The set point is kit using a unified signal or via one of the Fieldbus protocols. The signal value making adjustments in conformity with the set control deflection. The principle of temperature dimension ensures reliable operation of the regulator regardless of fluctuations pressure and temperature.
