Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact devices that control the mass flow of gases. They regulation the set flow velocity nonetheless of interference including drop in pressure or temporary resistance to flow. Flow controllers consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In that event, the electrical heating resistance and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature difference. Either resistances are immediately in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are combined in an electrical bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to maintain a clearly specified surplus temperature relative to the temperature of thefluid. Owing to the reality that the resistances are situated at once in the channel, the devices have splendid dynamics: the time for reaction when changing a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is practically not contaminated.
