Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are compact arrangement that monitoring the mass flow rate of gases. They command the set flow velocity oblivious of hurdle for instance drop in pressure or provisional resistance to flow. Flow regulator include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In this case, the electrical thermal resistance and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature difference. Both resistances are immediately in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are joined in an electric bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to sustain a clearly defined excess temperature relative to the temperature of theliquid. Owing to the fact that the resistances are located straight away in the channel, the instrument have superb dynamics: the response time when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is practically not contaminated.
