Mass Flow Controllers Type 8626 are compact devices that monitoring the mass flow rate of gases. They command the set flow velocity nonetheless of hurdle for instance drop in pressure or provisional flow resistance. Flow regulator consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical thermal resist and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature differentiation. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are combined in an electrical bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to maintain an expressly defined surplus temperature relative to the liquid temperature. Owing to the reality that the resistances are inclined straight away in the channel, the instrument have superb dynamics: the time for reaction when changing a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is almost not contaminated.
