Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers are compact devices that control the mass flow of gases. They regulation the set flow rate regardless of obstruction for example drop in pressure or interim resistance to flow. Flow regulator consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In that event, the electrical thermal resistance and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature difference. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are joined in an electric bridge. The first resistance in the fluid flow measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to sustain an expressly defined surplus temperature relative to the liquid temperature. Due to the fact that the resistances are located directly in the channel, the apparatus have splendid dynamics: the response time when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is practically not polluted.
