Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are succinct arrangement that inspection the mass flow rate of gases. They control the set flow velocity irrespective of interference including pressure drops or temporary flow resistance. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, as well as a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical heating resist and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature differentiation. Both resistances are immediately in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are united in an electrical bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to maintain a clearly specified excess temperature relative to the temperature of theliquid. Owing to the reality that the resistances are situated at once in the channel, the devices have excellent dynamics: the time for reaction when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is almost not contaminated.
