Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers are compact arrangement that monitoring the mass flow of gases. They command the set flow velocity nonetheless of interference for instance pressure loss or provisional resistance to flow. Flow regulator consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors work in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers).
