Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact devices that control the mass flow rate of gases. They control the set flow rate irrespective of obstruction such as pressure drops or temporary flow resistance. Flow regulator consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In this case, the electrical thermal resist and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature difference. Both resistances are immediately in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are combined in an electric bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to sustain a clearly defined surplus temperature relative to the liquid temperature. Due to the reality that the resistances are disposed straight away in the channel, the devices have excellent dynamics: the response time when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is almost not polluted.
