Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers (MFC) are compact arrangement that control the mass flow rate of gases. They control the set flow velocity irrespective of obstruction including drop in pressure or temporary flow resistance. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors operate in the constant temperature anemometers mode. In this case, the electrical thermal resist and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature differentiation. Both resistances are directly in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are united in an electric bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the fluid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to maintain a clearly defined excess temperature relative to the temperature of theliquid. Owing to the fact that the resistances are disposed directly in the channel, the devices have superb dynamics: the time for reaction when changing a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond.
