Burkert Mass Flow Controllers is a compact arrangement with which the flow of varied gases is regulated. They control the flow to a predetermined value, regardless of obstruction such as pressure rise or provisional changes in flow resistance, for instance, due to contamination of the filter. Governors consist of the following items: a flow sensor, an electronic unit and a commensurate valve, as a control apparatus. The set value is set using a unified signal or through one of the Fieldbus protocols. The magnitude of the signal changes according to the set control deflection. The thermal measurement principle guarantees reliable operation of the regulator regardless of fluctuations pressure and temperature.
