Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers are compact devices that monitoring the mass flow of gases. They regulation the set flow velocity oblivious of obstruction such as pressure loss or temporary resistance to flow. Flow controllers include a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In that event, the electrical heating resist and the measuring resistance are set to a constant temperature difference. Both resistances are immediately in the gas stream; three more resistances are outside him. All resistances are joined in an electric bridge. The first resistance is gauge the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is heated continuously to maintain an expressly defined excess temperature relative to the fluid temperature. Due to the reality that the resistances are disposed at once in the channel, the devices have superb dynamics: the time for reaction when altering a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. Additionally, the sensor is almost not polluted.
