Burkert Type 8201 is suitable for metering absolute pH values in fluid between pH 0 and pH 12 at medium temperatures up to 140 °C and working pressures maximum 6 bar. Thanks to its hygienic design and strong glass-free design, this model is particularly appropriate for utilize in hygiene operation. An example is the production of food products and active ingredients, during which the pH of a liquid medium, including ductile or solids, is measured. The awfully smooth enamel surface of the pH electrode averts the average from sticking and is simple to clean in line. Payable to its hard structure and high fever and chemical resistance, the electrode remains in the process even throughout CIP cleaning. It means that expensive retractile fittings can be dispensed with.
