Burkert Type 8202 pH measurement system is suitable for measuring absolute pH values in fluid between pH 0 and pH 12 at middle temperatures up to 140 °C and operating pressures max. 6 bar. Due to its hygienic design and strong glass-free design, this model is particularly suitable for utilize in hygienic operation. An example is the production of food products and active ingredients, within which the pH of a fluid surroundings, including viscous or solids, is measured. The terribly smooth enamel surface of the pH electrode averts the medium from sticking and is simple to clean in line. Payable to its sturdy structure and high temperature and chemical opposition, the electrode remainder in the process even throughout CIP cleaning. It means that expensive retractile fittings can be dispensed with.
