Burkert Type 8206 is suitable for metering absolute pH values in liquids between 0... 12 pH at medium temperatures up to 140 °C and operating pressures max. 6 bar. Tribute to its hygienic design and strong glass-free construction, this type is particularly appropriate for use in hygiene processes. An example is the production of food products and active element, within which the pH of a liquid medium, including viscous or solids, is gauged. The particularly smooth enamel surface of the pH electrode averts the medium from adherence and is simple to clean in line. Due to its hard design and high temperature and chemical opposition, the electrode remainder in the process even within CIP cleaning. It means that dear retractile fittings can be dispensed with.
