Burkert Type 8626 Mass Flow Controllers are compact devices that monitoring the mass flow of gases. They control the set flow velocity regardless of interference for example drop in pressure or interim resistance to flow. Flow regulator consist of a flow meter, an electronic module, and a proportional valve. Inline sensors function in the CTA mode (constant temperature anemometers). In this case, the electrical heating resist and the measuring resistance are adjusted to a constant temperature difference. Either resistances are directly in the gas stream; and three resistances are out of it. All resistances are combined in an electrical bridge. The first resistance is measures the temperature of the liquid. The second, low resistance, is constantly heated to sustain an expressly defined surplus temperature relative to the temperature of theliquid. Owing to the reality that the resistances are situated straight away in the channel, the apparatus have excellent dynamics: the time for reaction when modifying a given or actual value is hundredths of a millisecond. In addition, the sensor is practically not polluted.
