Burkert Type 8202 is suitable for dimension absolute pH values in liquids between pH 0 and pH 12 at average temperatures up to 140 °C and working pressures max. 6 bar. Thanks to its hygienic design and robust glass-free design, this type is particularly appropriate for utilize in hygiene operation. An instance is the manufacture of food products and active components, during which the pH of a liquid environs, including viscous or solids, is gauged. The particularly smooth enamel surface of the pH electrode prevents the medium from sticking and is easy to clean in line. Owing to its robust structure and high temperature and chemical resistance, the electrode remains in the process even throughout CIP cleaning. This means that dear retractable fittings can be dispensed with.
