Burkert Type 2103 is a 2/2 way pneumatic control or shut-off diaphragm valve made of stainless steel.
Diaphragm valve with an external control consists of a pneumatic piston actuator, the membrane and the housing 2-way valve.
It is used for precise control of the flow of liquids and gases in the medical and pharmaceutical industries, CIP / SIP processes, food and chemical industries, cosmetics, biotechnology and water treatment.
Features:
- Section (DN): 4 mm - 50 mm.
- Working pressure: 0-10 bar.
- Medium temperature: 0 ... + 143 degrees S. (for a short time up to + 150 degrees, for steam sterilization).
- Case: 316L / 1.4435 stainless steel, hydro formed, cast, forged, with additional surface polishing.
- Viscosity of the medium: to fluid state.
- Positioner output signals: binary, 4 ... 20mA.
