Valve island

The Burkert 8653 AirLINE Field valve island has been specially designed for process automation applications. It is possible to visualize new diagnostic functions on the LCD in both text and symbolic form, making it easier to assign displayed messages and help save time during start-up and maintenance. In addition, a diagnostic message is available in the controller.

This allows you to quickly get an overview of the installation status. The hardware design is optimized for installation close to the actuator, allowing the intelligent installation system to mount the valve island in various positions. Simple DIN rail mounting is also possible. In addition, key pneumatic features provide improved process reliability. For example, non-return valves in the exhaust ducts prevent unplanned operation due to pressure surges.
