The Edwards nEXT85H ISO100 NW16 80W vacuum pump is a hybrid turbomolecular pump that combines the proven technologies of a ceramic lower bearing, a dry magnetic upper bearing and a Hollweck stage. The pump is equipped with a built-in 24V controller and two interfaces: parallel (traditional) and serial (RS-232).
