The Edwards STPA1303C TMS DN200CF Inlet vacuum pump is an oil-free turbomolecular pump with a magnetically suspended rotor. They are designed for dry high-vacuum pumping of vapor-gas mixtures from working volumes. In order to ensure greater productivity, the pumps implement two pumping mechanisms: turbomolecular and molecular (due to the Holweck stage)
