The EA 58 - 63 Profibus absolute type determines a rotary encoder that comes with a fieldbus user interface. This tool can distinguish its maximum resolution. Eltra EA 58 - EA 63 series of one-turn encoders with solid shaft meet the PROFIBUS DP standard and comply with a predefined encoder profile. Version with Profibus DP interface keeps the same maximum permission (8192 pos. /Turn) and performance features of the stand-alone variant, but includes the capacity and versatility typically found in a Profibus DP network.
