The EA 58 B-C - 63 A-D-E Profibus absolute type is the rotary encoder which comes with a fieldbus interface. This tool can differentiate its maximum resolution. The EA 58 - EA 63 series of one-turn encoders with solid shaft conform to the PROFIBUS DP standard and comply with a preset profile for encoders. The version with Profibus DP interface retains the same maximum resolution 8192 Turn and performance features of the free-standing version, but adds the capacity and flexibility typically found in a Profibus DP system.
