Eltra multi-turn optical encoder EAM 58 -EAM 63 features a continuous shaft and diameter in line with the PROFIBUS DP version. Multi-turn encoders track the degree of rotation within 360 and monitor the shaft speed of the encoder using a singular term for each position and number of revolutions. Eltra encoder with Profibus DP diameter has a fine resolution 8192 Pos and higher resolution similar to the standard version, but adds the capacity and versatility typical of a Profibus DP network.
