Eltra EC34 models encoders for racks with auto recovery of slack. The encoder type was created to make linear applications instead of incremental linear system and to overcome the measuring gap over great distances. The encoder, housed in a robust aluminum housing is produced with a preloading system which let the automatic recovery of slack among the gear and rack.
