Electromagnetic flowmeter

Electromagnetic flowmeter ENDRESS+HAUSER PROMAG 55S4H is device designed to control industrial fluids, namely abrasive, inhomogeneous and corrosive media. The 55 S Series is a rugged design with built-in sensor and liner adjustments to suit operating conditions.  

This flow sensor can be used even in harsh environments, such as in wastewater processes, as well as in metallurgy, mining and other industrial fields.  The function of the transducer is to measure liquid flow and calculate the amount of solid particles, while the device requires minimal maintenance.

The presented model has unique technical characteristics, among them high degree of safety through the built-in mechanism that cleans the electrodes.

The mechanism will help measure the mass flow of the product, providing simple application and operation with minimal technical intervention. The device has a die-cast aluminum body and powder coating. This makes it robust and reliable for use in harsh environments.
