5W4C1H from Endress Hauser is an electromagnetic flowmeter in the Promag W400 series, designed for volumetric flow measurement of liquids. It is widely used in water supply and wastewater systems, process lines, and tariff metering. 

The 5W4C1H is a version with a 4" (DN100) flange connection and integrated electronics supporting the HART protocol and a 4-20 mA output signal.
